The Brentwood Community Fund is a discretionary pot of funding, set up to give Brentwood’s communities the opportunity to provide local initiatives to improve the quality of life for local people living in the borough. It is proposed that the current supporting documentation is revised so that it is aligned to the new Corporate Strategy - Brentwood 2025, and that any allocation of funding

supports the Council’s new priorities.

A motion was MOVED by Cllr Poppy and SECONDED by Cllr Tierney to approve the recommendation in the report.

A vote was taken by a show of hands and it was RESOLVED to:

Agree to the new guidance, criteria and scoring information for the Brentwood Community Fund as set out in Appendix A and B.
