• Councillor Jon Cloke - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Cloke declared a non-pecuniary interest under the Council’s Code of Conduct during the question regarding fireworks by virtue that they are part of a local fireworks display team.
• Councillor Mrs Noelle Hones - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Mrs Hones declared a non-pecuniary interest under the Council’s Code of Conduct during the question regarding fireworks by virtue that they are part of a local fireworks display team.
• Councillor Roger Hirst - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Hirst declared a non-pecuniary interest under the Council’s Code of Conduct during the question regarding the Police moving into the Town Hall by virtue of being the Police and Crime Commissioner for Essex.
