Parish Council meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at the Christabella Wing, St Francis Church, Thorndon Avenue, West Horndon at 7.30pm. there are no meetings in August and December. Meetings are open to the public and before they start, local residents have the opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns.
