The minutes of the 26^th June 2019 meeting were approved as a true record.

A motion was MOVED by Mr Hossack and SECONDED by Mrs Hones

that the public be excluded from the meeting on the grounds that the disclosure of exempt information as defined in schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

Mr Hossack MOVED and Mrs Hones SECONDED to approve the recommendations as set out in the report.

A vote was taken by a show of hands and it was RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY.

(Mr J Cloke declared a non-pecuniary interest by the virtue as the liaison through the Rotary to Citizen Advice – South Essex. He left the chamber, therefore did not take part in the vote.  Mr Haigh declared a non-pecuniary interest by the virtue as a past trustee of  the Citizen Advice – South Essex).
