Licensing Act 2003 - Summary review of premises licence (consideration of interim step) - The Swan, 123 High Street, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4RX. Minutes: An application has been received for a summary review of the premises license in respect of The Swan, 123 High Street, Brentwood, CM14 4RX. This hearing is to consider any interim steps necessary to be taken.
The sub-committee heard from the Licensing Officer then Essex Police then the legal representative for the licensee and retired to consider their decision.
The sub-committee decision was that the premises license be suspended until a full hearing on 18th July 2019.
